President Trump has endorsed Former Missouri Governor Eric Greitens for US Senate.
Greitens is in a tough race with the state’s Attorney General Eric Schmidt. Tonight that race took a turn as President Trump endorsed Greitens at an event in Chesterfield, Missouri, just outside St. Louis.

Greitens flew into the event at around 6:15pm and immediately went over to a gathering of supporters there waiting for his arrival. At this event it was announced that President Trump is supporting Greitens for Senator in Missouri.
It has been a long haul for Greitens. After winning the 2016 election for governor Greitens was targeted and taken down by a George Soros backed attorney in St. Louis, Kim Gardner. Gardner threatened charges against the sitting governor Greitens and right after he resigned from office, under tremendous pressure from the media and members of both parties, the charges were dropped.
A former FBI employee who worked with Gardner was charged with seven felonies in the case. Gardner risked losing her law license but the gracious St. Louis system provided them cover.
Next Karl Rove and Senator Mitch McConnell were reportedly involved in obtaining a statement from Greitens’s ex-wife. McConnell is not a fan of Greitens especially after Greitens shared he wouldn’t back McConnell for head of the GOP in the Senate if election Missouri’s Senator.
TGP interviewed Greitens recently.
